I am Chief Executive Officer/Founder of Freedom Flow Solutions, LLC. I am an Executive Coach, People, Culture, and Systems Consultant, and licensed clinical-community psychologist with more than 25 years of leadership experience. My expertise includes global stress and resilience, diversity, equity, and inclusion, professional development and leadership. Currently, I consult with human rights organizations globally, train government officials, and practice as a therapist. I graduated from Howard University and earned my PhD from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I completed postdoctoral training at Duke University and Harvard University.
